What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours before the date of check-in. Cancellations after that time will forfeit the first night of accommodation.

Is the motel safe for babies and children?

Absolutely! We offer porta cots for an additional fee and the complex is a kids paradise, with a large grassed area just waiting to be played on and a beautiful pool area ready for splash time. Porta-cots are available for an extra nightly fee.

Are pets allowed?

Are you kidding? We prefer pets to humans! Just joking, but pets are very, very welcome. We just ask that guests practice responsible pet ownership when bringing along their furry friend and agree to our pet policy in advance.

Is there parking available?

We have a great sized, off-street carpark in our complex. There is enough for every room to have a spot for their vehicle and some extra parks for boats/trailers etc. As we have a two level building, the parking spots are not allocated to particular rooms and any extra spots more than one per room are first in best dressed and should be communicated with management.
