CHECK IN/OUT: 10AM. Please leave the T.V. remote unit in room and return the key to reception at checkout.

DEPARTURE: Guests are reminded to vacate their units by 10AM on the day of their departure, otherwise an additional charge may be incurred. Please remember to leave the TV remote unit in the room and return the room key to Reception at time of departure.

DRY CLEANING & LAUNDERING: Valley Dry Cleaners will collect dry cleaning on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays delivering on the next collection day. A laundry service is provided by Boyne Island laundromat. Please leave your laundry at reception by 8:30 am, and it will be returned by 3:00 pm.

EVENING MEALS: Evening meals can be enjoyed at the "Escapes" restaurant and the Tannum Sands Hotel/Motel Bistro.

FAXES: A Fax service is available through reception per the following charges:
Sending within Australia:
        1st page: $4, subsequent pages: $1 each
Sending internationally:
        1st page: $10, subsequent pages $2 each
Received Fax charge is $1.00 per page.

GUEST LAUNDRY: The guests' laundry is located adjacent to Reception. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers each require $2.00 per load. Ironing board and Iron are available in the laundry room. Laundry room closes at 8PM.

LOSS AND DAMAGE: We draw your attention to the Innkeepers Liability Act. The Reef Adventureland Motor Inn does not accept responsibility for stolen or damaged property.

MAIL: Mail is collected from the Post Office daily and held at Reception.

PARKING: We request that you do NOT reverse into a parking bay as exhaust fumes do offend other guests.

PETS: Health regulations do not permit pets in any units or in the surrounds of the Reef Adventureland Motor Inn.

PHOTOCOPYING: Photocopying is available at Reception at a cost of 20¢ per page

RECEPTION HOURS: The Reception Desk is attended between 6AM and 9PM.

RELIGIOUS SERVICES: Please enquire at Reception for the locations and times of religious services in the surrounding district.

SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool is provided for registered guests only, and is available for guests use between 7AM and 8PM, 7 days per week. No glass objects are permitted in the swimming pool or area surrounding the pool for safety reasons.

SPORTING FACILITIES: Most area sporting facilities and clubs welcome visitors. Check with Reception for details.

BLANKETS/PILLOWS: Extras are located in cupboard

BREAKFAST: For guests' convenience we offer two breakfast alternatives:
A: Breakfast Packs - ordered from Reception, and placed in your unit's refrigerator that evening for you to prepare at your leisure
B: Room Service - breakfast prepared and delivered to your Unit between 6:30 and 8:00 AM.

HAIR DRYER: Located in the cupboard

KITCHEN CLEAN UP: All units include kitchen facilities to make your stay more comfortable, however please note that kitchen wash-up is not included in the daily service. An extra charge will apply if this service is required.

ROOM-TO-ROOM CALLING: Dial "2", followed by "0" for rooms 1-9, then the room number. Eg, to call room 5: dial "205". For units 10 and onwards, dial "2" followed by the unit number. Eg, to call room 18: dial "218".

TELEPHONE: Your direct-dial telephone makes local, STD and ISD calls. Dial "0" for an outside line, listen for the dial tone then dial the number. Call charges will be added to your room account.

TELEVISION: Please use the remote unit ONLY for channel selection and volume adjustment. Do not adjust any other controls, as your television is pre-tuned. Failure to adhere to this requirement may leave you without television reception. If you have any difficulties please contact Reception. Please do not remove the remote unit from your motel room.
